    It's nice to have another camping option in the Fort Murray greater area, even if it's not the best. It seems like this was constructed rather quickly. The area tree's are all leveled, with little to no brush or trees between sites. Currently very rustic with two outhouses and two garbage cans. No water.

    The lake is more shallow than expected, you can walk quite far out. In Aug there was a lot of Algae growth. The fish can be heard jumping but we were unable to catch anything. No motor boats on this lake according to the PP rules

    1/3 of the sites are Very nice with a lake view, but the other 2/3's are overgrown with weeds.

    Beautiful area, but be weary of bears! Any garbage bags left out will be destroyed and keep something on you to scare then off if you run into one in close quarters.

    Small campsite that is rebuilt after a recent fire.
